BTF aims to unite Bangladeshi expatriates to promote development and democracy, and to effectively combat misinformation in order to shape a sustainable future—Bangladesh 2.0.

Under the leadership of BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia and Acting Chairman Mr. Tarique Rahman, the 31-point proposal aims to ensure democratic reform, economic emancipation, and sustainable development in Bangladesh.

The declaration calls for democratic reforms in the constitution and state structure, elimination of inequality, and the creation of a modern, tech-driven, and investment-friendly nation. It represents a roadmap for building a new Bangladesh in the spirit of the July Movement.

The proposal places special emphasis on economic development, protection of workers’ rights, and poverty alleviation. It also includes commitments to improve infrastructure, enhance education quality, invest in healthcare, and take effective action against climate change.

BTF has announced that more programs will be launched in the future as part of its vision for building Bangladesh 2.0. These initiatives, based on BNP’s 31-point declaration, aim to help transform the country into an advanced, prosperous, and inclusive nation.

BTF Convener Raj Masud Forhad expressed his commitment to spreading the importance of these 31 points across the country and abroad through continued collaborative efforts and various future programs—bringing to life the dreams of Begum Khaleda Zia and Mr. Tarique Rahman.
